The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join their property team.
Responsibilities
* Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Undertaking routine site checks and preparation of maintenance lists
* Managing contractor visits
* General administrative support
* Issuing and managing Contractor Inductions
* Assisting with handover reporting and site inspections
* Updating & maintaining the key register
* Assisting with any incident reporting
* Building strong relationships with tenants and owners
Ideal Skills/Experience
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Customer service driven
* Ability to deal with work within strict deadlines
* Ability to communicate at all levels, building effective and professional relationships with colleagues and tenants
* Experience in using Microsoft Office and key programs
* Excellent written communication skills
* Previous property & administration experience is highly desired
