Onyx espresso bar requires a Full-Time Cook located in Mayfield NSW 2304 with a minimum qualification of Certificate III /IV in Commercial cookery and three years of work experience in a similar role. Duties and responsibilities:
* Prepare ingredients to use in cooking by chopping and peeling vegetables & fruits, cutting meat, grinding spices,
* Prepare and cook food dishes for all types as per menu items
* Examining food to ensure it meets the quality standard
* Seasoning food and ingredients
* Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
* Portioning food, placing it on the plates, adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
* Participating in planning menus and estimating food requirements
* Assist head chef and train other kitchen staff
The applicant must have.
* AQF Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum There years of recent Experience as a cook
* Ability to work independently and fast processed environment
