We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Host to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, attending special events, and understanding daily promotions. This role requires administrative, customer service, and systems expertise to engage with Casino Players and support Casino Hosts on days off.
Key Performance Indicators
* To provide hands-on real-time service for VIP customers, demonstrating exceptional guest service with every interaction.
* To assist Casino Hosted guests with requests and demands, ensuring timely and accurate service in a fast-paced high-demand atmosphere.
* To handle all operational aspects of the player development department from opening to close daily, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of guest service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred.
* Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred, with proficiency in systems such as CMP & LMS programs, and Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
* Exceptional guest service skills, ability to resolve stressful situations, and make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play are essential.
* Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
