Boyd Migration & Legal is a high-calibre boutique immigration and administrative law firm focused on corporate skilled migration, complex visa matters and administrative advocacy.
We are recognised for our strength in medical and allied health migration, managing sophisticated programs for private medical groups nationally and delivering strategic, commercially focused advice.
About the Role
· Assist with corporate skilled migration matters and compliance advisory;
· Draft visa applications and supporting submissions under supervision;
· Support AAT merits review preparation and case strategy development;
· Conduct legal research and contribute to complex immigration files;
· Work closely with the Principal Solicitor and Associate on high-value client matters.
This role is primarily based at our Wollongong office (Innovation Campus), with access to our Sydney chambers. We prioritise structured mentorship, in-person collaboration and strong foundational training.
About You
· Admitted to practice in NSW (or completing PLT);
· Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in immigration or administrative law;
· Excellent written communication and attention to detail;
· Commercial awareness and professional maturity;
· Motivated to develop long-term expertise within a specialist boutique practice.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + superannuation (competitive within the NSW graduate and first-year lawyer market).
