About the role
* Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
* Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
* Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
* Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
* Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning
About you
* You are a qualified social worker eligible for AASW membership
* You bring strong advocacy and communication skills
* You are confident working in complex clinical environments
* You are committed to ethical, recovery-focused practice
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
