**About the Role**
As a Marketing Executive, you will drive the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Temptation Bakeries' premium baked goods. Your expertise in consumer trends and data analysis will support our business growth by identifying new market opportunities and enhancing brand presence. This role blends creative marketing strategies with data-driven insights to achieve sales objectives in the wholesale bakery and retail sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Advertising and Campaign Management**:
Plan, develop, and implement advertising policies and campaigns that align with sales goals and promote our product range.
Advise executives on marketing strategies to effectively target key markets and raise consumer awareness.
Coordinate the production of campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and placement, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
**Market Research and Data Analysis**:
Analyse consumer patterns, preferences, and feedback to predict and adapt to current and future trends.
Research market demand and characteristics for new and existing products, collecting and interpreting statistical data.
Commission and oversee market research to identify growth opportunities.
**Strategic Planning**:
Develop and execute marketing objectives, policies, and programs that support business growth.
Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing strategies, sales promotions, and distribution channels to optimise market penetration.
**Collaboration and Innovation**:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop creative solutions that meet customer requirements within tight deadlines.
Act as a marketing advisor to stakeholders, leveraging insights to drive innovation and enhance brand loyalty.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with market research tools and techniques.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
