The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resource policies and procedures, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and policy interpretation to line managers.
This role involves coordinating training, coaching, and support to managers to ensure they are informed of their obligations when managing employment-related issues. The successful applicant will also maintain good employee relations through effective resolution of industrial issues and grievances.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
* Minimum two years of relevant work experience
* Demonstrable technical understanding of current human resource legislation and best practice
* High level of computer literacy including advanced MS Excel skills
* Initiative and a proactive approach to work
