The Opportunity
You will work across a broad range of financing matters, including:
* Corporate finance transactions
* Property and real estate finance
* Project and structured finance matters
* Capital raising transactions
* Refinancings and recapitalisations
* Restructuring and workout matters
* Domestic and cross-border financing arrangements
The team advises a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international financial institutions, private capital providers, family groups, corporates, property developers, fund managers, institutional investors and project sponsors.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers across a variety of matters, gaining exposure to different styles of practice while developing the technical and commercial skills required to manage increasingly complex transactions.
About You
* 1-2 years' PQE gained within a reputable law firm
* Banking & Finance experience is desirable, although candidates from closely related transactional practice areas will also be considered
* Excellent academic results
* Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
* Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
Valid Australian working rights are required.
