Part‑Time Accounts Administrator
Location: Hallam VIC
We're seeking a Part‑Time Accounts Administrator to join our team starting mid‑January on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This position offers the perfect balance of responsibility and flexibility, making it ideal for someone looking to work around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Process account credit applications.
* Maintain customer accounts.
* Work with billing system to generate and email invoices.
* Process accounts payable and receivable.
* Track overdue invoices and follow up on outstanding debtors.
* Send monthly customer statements.
* Provide general administration support to the Finance Manager and wider team.
* Experience with Xero accounting system preferred but not essential.
