What You'll Do
* Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
* Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound, well-structured reasoning
* Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
* Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
* Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models think through complex scientific problems
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
* Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
* Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
* No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or research benchmarking
* Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
* Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
