* Support documentation processes and assist lower-classified care staff
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong clinical knowledge and assessment abilities
* Capacity to manage workload and priorities effectively
* Ability to guide and support care staff members
* National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
* Availability for shift work as needed
