* Collaborate with educators to promote positive wellbeing and developmental outcomes for all children
* Mentor, coach and support educators, particularly those with limited experience supporting children and families experiencing behavioural or developmental challenges
* Build educator capability and confidence in inclusive practice, behaviour guidance, and family engagement

This is a part-time role (25 hours per week across five days), with potential to increase to up to 37.5 hours for the right candidate.

* Competitive salary and benefits

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

* Mandatory Reporting Training
* Strong knowledge of early childhood development and behaviour guidance strategies
* Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting educators, particularly those who are early in their careers or have limited experience working with children and families with behavioural or developmental challenges
