The Opportunity
This is a key leadership position that will manage a payroll team and take accountability for delivering the end-to-end payroll for circa 3500 employees. Managing the processing of our weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles across awards, enterprise agreements and individually contracted employees, ensuring our employees are paid in line with their respective terms and conditions and legislative requirements.
You will ensure all the obligations TFI has as an employer are managed and met in a timely manner including FBT, ATO and Return to Work. This position will also be lead process improvement and ensuring the business leverages our payroll system to improve TFI's employee experience, support educating line leaders and drive efficiencies into our practices.
About The Role
Manage the payroll function, managing payroll officers and support functions; provides effective leadership and direction to the payroll team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of payroll services with strong customer service focus.
