This opportunity suits a Commercial Property Manager who genuinely enjoys being front-of-house with clients and tenants. With dedicated in-office administrative support, this role allows you to focus on what you do best: managing relationships, running lease events and protecting asset performance.
You will be the primary point of contact for a high-quality commercial portfolio, owning all client and tenant communication while being supported behind the scenes with administration, documentation and processing.
Your day-to-day will centre around managing lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, negotiations and tenant matters, while coordinating maintenance and contractors. You will work closely with leasing agents to minimise vacancy and support long-term asset strategies, as well as preparing budgets and overseeing outgoings reconciliations with admin support in place.
This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you're trusted to manage your portfolio like your own business, without being weighed down by day-to-day admin.

The type of person we're looking for
* 2+ years commercial property management experience (office, retail or industrial)
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Confident handling lease events, negotiations and tenant relationships
* Solid knowledge of commercial leases, legislation and trust accounting
* Organised, proactive and comfortable owning a portfolio
* QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate and open driver's licence
