This is a busy role and you will be responsible for support the internal team, customers and suppliers, ensuring the office runs smoothly and the customer accounts are well managed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced role with variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Job Description
* Office Administration: Provide general administrative and office support across the team.
* Order Processing: Process and manage customer orders using Microsoft Business Central.
* Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit proposals for tenders.
* Product Portal Updates: Upload and maintain product information in customer portals.
* Reception Support: Organize site visits and attend customer meetings.
* PA Support: Support the General Manager across different activities when required.
Ideal Experiences & Requirements
* Experienced in FMCG and wholesale preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
