ANU Advancement's mission is to build meaningful and enduring connections with our community and pair the passions of generous people with the outstanding work of our University.The Associate Director, Alumni & Community Engagement is responsible for development and implementation of the Alumni and Community Engagement strategy and associated plans. The position will lead and manage ANU Alumni Relations programs, supporting over 150,000 alumni around the world, as well as Advancement Community Engagement which forms the foundation of the University's engagement and fundraising efforts, with a program of targeted large-scale programs and appeals designed to build community, increase affinity with ANU, build philanthropic understanding, increase donor and alumni engagement and build our philanthropic pipeline.As a senior member of the Advancement team, the Associate Director, Alumni & Community Engagement will work closely with Advancement colleagues, bringing particular insight, knowledge and advice related to alumni, community engagement, communications and program delivery.
