We are looking for a person who will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, and support a team of highly driven, results focused sales professionals.
This role is full time and requires a service orientated person, with great organisational & time management skills, along with excellent attention to detail and have previous administration / sales experience.
DUTIES:
* Answering all incoming calls, greet and direct clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assist sales team with orders via phone calls and emails.
* Assist and support external sales reps.
* Provide and assist sales team and management with various reports.
* Assist with logistics, ensuring customer deliveries meet lead times.
* General administrative tasks.
* Other duties as and when required.
