Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs across Adelaide's Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs, we are seeking reliable and committed Qualified Home & Community Aged Care Workers with exceptional customer service skills to support our aged care customers in their homes.
What We're Looking For
* Commit to regular, ongoing shifts and build consistent relationships with customers
* Be reliable and dependable, showing up as a trusted support person
* Balance flexibility with a robust sense of responsibility and follow-through
Must Have
* A current driver's licence
* Your own registered, insured vehicle (less than 20 yrs old)
* Roadworthy Vehicle Test (conducted at your cost before starting – mandatory)
* First Aid & CPR
Some Duties Include (but are not limited to)
* Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
* Medication assistance
* Planning and preparing meals
* Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
* Light domestic duties (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms)
* Contributing to tailored support plans
Skills & Experience
* A genuine passion for caring for others
* Strong time management and reliability
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services or currently studying Social Work (or equivalent)
* Previous aged care/community care experience (advantageous)
