About the Role

BYD Cannington are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support across our dealership operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processes, and excellent internal service delivery.

Assist with processing vehicle sales, registrations, and general documentation

Maintain accurate records and data entry in dealership systems

Provide administrative support to sales, service, and finance teams

Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner

Contribute to a smooth and efficient daily workflow across departments

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administration or clerical role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry systems

Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
