Senior Consumer Research Analyst
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Consumer Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of consumer insights.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative analytical approaches using AI tools for analyzing consumer survey data.
* Design and execute experiments to challenge traditional research methods, iterating on analytical techniques to uncover deeper consumer insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the AI interface's capabilities, ensuring seamless user experiences.
* Ensure high-quality AI-generated deliverables meet customer objectives.
* Participate in QA/QC processes for raw respondent data, maintaining data integrity from collection to final insight generation.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* At least two years of experience in market research, demonstrating expertise in research objective definition, data interpretation, and insight generation.
* Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments, communicating methodologies and findings clearly to stakeholders.
* A strong foundation in AI concepts, including LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and agent frameworks.
* Familiarity with web development principles to collaborate effectively with development teams.
* A passion for problem-solving, lateral thinking, and detail-oriented work.

Salary Range:
$90,000 NZD - $110,000 NZD per annum.
