**About the role & duties involved**:
- Conducting fitness appraisals and tailored programs
- Leading small group training classes as part of our Health Club offering
- Providing exceptional assistance to patrons and maintaining high service standards
- Fostering a positive environment that aligns with our commitment to innovation and success
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
- Ability to be available to work over a 7 day period and be available for both open and close shifts as per business requirements
- Profound knowledge of fitness industry standards and trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to customer service
- Team collaboration abilities and a Certificate IV in Health and Fitness or equivalent qualification
- Previous gym supervision experience, including designing fitness programs and leading group classes
- Current AUSactive Registration, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children's Check
- Possession of a National Police Certificate (obtained within the last 3 months)
- Possession of current C class drivers licence
