Office Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team.

* Ensure seamless communication between management, cleaners, and clients.
* Support the Managing Director in resolving client concerns.
* Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
* Answer phone calls and direct sales enquiries to the sales team.
* Collaborate with our offshore administration team.
* Review tasks completed overnight or over weekends.
* Assist in scheduling work for area supervisors.
