We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality services and driving business growth.
As a key member of our organization, you will:
* Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and implement strategies to build revenue and achieve quality targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners and customer teams
* Analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of service by cabin crew and caterers
* Manage localised supply chain, product development, and contract management
* Oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
* Manage On-Time Performance (OTP) for services at designated ports
