Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office operations.




Key Responsibilities:




* Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reconciliation.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, ensuring a professional work environment and efficient communication among teams.

* Liaise with service providers, manage maintenance requests, and coordinate office supplies and equipment.

* Support team engagement activities, onboarding processes, document compliance, and internal communications.

* Demonstrate a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth office operations.





Required Skills and Qualifications:




* Proven experience in high-level administration support to senior leaders combined with office operations and facilities coordination in a fast-paced environment.

* Able to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and projects with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and service.

* A "Self-starter" mindset that takes initiative to improve processes and maintain a well-functioning office environment.

* Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

* Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external service providers to manage facilities, maintenance, and office resources.

* Aptitude for working in a collaborative environment with a focus on proactive communication, relationship building, and resiliency.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other collaboration tools.
