We are currently seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our Financial Lines and Executive Risk (FINEX) team in the Perth office.
This role requires a diligent team player who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills and who can contribute to all aspects of client service by assisting the team to maintain and grow its existing portfolio. WTW will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills sets and broaden your knowledge of the complexities of Financial Line products including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers and Cyber Risk Management classes of risk.
**The Role**:
- Identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate financial lines insurance solutions for the client
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and grow strong client and insurer relationships
- Supporting the team on our large complex clients, and maintaining your own portfolio of financial lines clients
- Promoting the WTW brand within the insurance industry both locally and nationally
**The Requirements**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to understand and meet a client's needs
- Hold or are prepared to undertake the Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification
- Excellent report writing skills supported by a great level of competency in Word and Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills both on an individual and small group basis
- Your time management skills keep you ahead of your schedule and workload
- You are professional, reliable and able to work autonomously with mínimal guidance
- We'll love your drive, ambition and focus on excellence
- Previous financial lines experience with an emphasis on Profesional Indemnity and Directors & Officers class products would be preferred but is not a mandatory requirement
