**About The Opportunity**:
This will be a phone-based role so having the confidence and energy to pick up the phone and talk to customers is a must. You will be managing, retaining, and growing customer accounts.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Running weekly reports and analysing data for increased sales
- Daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss/confirm orders
- Suggesting products suitable for our customers to increase their sales
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders
- Confirming appointments and providing support to the on-road sales team
- Responding to, investigating complex client enquiries, and resolving complaints effectively
- Maintaining comprehensive client records in the CRM and reporting escalating issues to management
**About You**:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales and sales administration experience in an office environment
- Outbound call experience and ability to build positive customer relationships over the phone
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service, providing clients with options and solutions
- Solid people skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of actions and achieving desired results
