Key Responsibilities
Manage debt recovery matters from early resolution through to legal proceedings and enforcement
Draft and issue recovery correspondence and court documents
Support dispute resolution and settlement negotiations
Work closely with finance and credit teams and manage external service providers
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies
About You
Admitted solicitor in Australia
3–5 PQE in debt recovery, litigation or commercial disputes
Experience drafting court documents and managing recovery proceedings
Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Strong communicator with effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
