Duties
* Support a Team Leader / Senior Property Manager with a pristine portfolio of 300 properties
* Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
* Tenant maintenance & contractor coordination
* Liaising with leasing & concierge teams
* Arrears support, compliance & documentation
* Occasional Saturday opens (RDO provided)
Person
* Minimum 2 years' Property Management experience
* Strong understanding of inspections & maintenance
* Previous real estate experience essential
* Organised, proactive and team‐focused
