Position overview
The Australian National University Library is seeking a Library Services Assistant to support the delivery of library services across the University. Working within the Client Services team, the role involves assisting users at services points, processing Document Supply, reading lists, scanning and digitisation requests, collection maintenance and supporting information literacy initiatives to facilitate access to scholarly information resources.
Join our dynamic library team and play an important role in delivery high-quality client services across branch locations. In this customer-focused position you will support users both online and in person, responding to enquiries and assisting with equipment use. You will help maintain our collections and physical spaces, as well as participate in project work to enhance our collections.
Strong communication skills, with a team-oriented approach are essential. Knowledge of library systems and relevant experience will be highly regarded.
