Join Our Team as a Nurse Unit Manager – Patient Flow Coordinator – Lead Patient Care and Service Excellence

About the Role:
As a Nurse Unit Manager – Patient Flow Coordinator, you will use your clinical knowledge and leadership skills to oversee patient care delivery, ensuring continuity and quality of outcomes.
You will provide pivotal line management, coordination, and leadership of nursing, midwifery, and multi-disciplinary team activities. In this role, you will accept accountability for the outcomes of clinical practice, address inconsistencies between practice and policy, and drive service improvement.
Central to your work will be fostering a positive team culture, developing staff performance, and creating an environment that supports safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
What We're Looking For:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Registered Nurse and or Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing and/or midwifery practice in accordance with the relevant standards.
* Experience in management and leadership roles.
* Experience in the supervision of students, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses and or midwives.
