APS3 Participant Support Officer Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of Australians with disability? We are seeking dedicated and motivated APS3 Participant Support Officers to join our team.
Hourly Rate: $37.36 + Super (excluding GST)
Contract Length: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
Full-Time Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Devonport
Start Date: ASAP, pending clearances
Key Responsibilities Providing frontline customer service to participants
Supporting administrative processes and data entry
Engaging with participants, their families, and support networks
Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders
About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Experience in administration or customer service (government experience advantageous)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment
Adaptability, empathy, and a professional attitude
Eligibility Requirements Australian Citizenship is required
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including:
National Criminal History Records Check
