**About the role**:
You will be responsible for the IT support for a wide variety of SME customers and perform various duties. Primarily helpdesk troubleshooting and managing the ticketed support queue. Be involved in new builds of Windows and Linux machines, rollout of phones, and many other varied tasks.
**Essential Skills**:
- Experience with Windows desktop and server support
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Networking experience - LAN, IP, WiFi, Routing, and Firewalling
**Other Requirements**:
- Australian Permanent resident or citizen
- NSW driver's license
- 2 years in IT Support
