Job Description
This role will provide high level administration support to ensure seamless day to day day operations across the practice. Key responsibilities include:
o Preparing and formatting tax documents, reports, and client communications
o Coordinating ASIC annual reviews and company registry changes
o Liaising with the ATO and managing follow-ups
o Managing reception relief and client-facing communication
o Maintaining CRM and practice management systems
o Proofreading, editing, and ensuring document accuracy
o Assisting with workflow tracking and general team support
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administration Assistant should have:
o
+ Experience in a professional services environment ( ideally an accounting practise or similar)
+ A strong sense of accountability and initiative
+ High attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy
+ Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and modern cloud-based admin tools
