Storeperson / Warehouse Clerk - Immediate Start (Hallam / Boronia Training)
Location: Hallam, VIC (training in Boronia for the first 4-6 weeks)

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Storeperson / Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This is an urgent opportunity with a structured onboarding period, including initial training based in Boronia for 4 to 6 weeks before moving permanently to our Hallam site. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in being accurate, organised, and safety-focused, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, book in, and store stock accurately using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring everything is correct and securely packed
* Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
* Coordinate transport for incoming and outgoing goods
* Maintain accurate stock records and manage stock movements
* Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running efficiently
* Support internal teams with parts and equipment requirements
* Assist with moving machinery for demonstrations or trials when required
* Follow all workplace health, safety, and PPE requirements
* Carry out general warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
* Current forklift licence is essential
* At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or stores role
* Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded
* Good understanding of packaging, freight, and shipping processes
* Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy with stock
* Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in food or packaging
* 5 Years experience in high reach and counter balance
* Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
