Overview
Integration Developer (iPaaS & Java)
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using Java and iPaaS technologies.
* Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integration services, and data transformation workflows.
* Develop and support SnapLogic pipelines and reusable integration components.
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SnapLogic platform development and pipeline creation is required.
* Experience with any enterprise integration platform including MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar iPaaS solutions is acceptable.
* Integrate applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Perform development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
* Troubleshoot production incidents and integration issues.
* Participate in solution design, code reviews, and Agile delivery activities.
* Support CI/CD deployments and release management.
* Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or related discipline.
* 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise integration.
* Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Framework.
* Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and API integration patterns.
* Strong experience with iPaaS/integration platforms such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica Cloud, or similar.
* Strong SQL and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Candidates must hold any valid Australian work visa or authorisation to work in Australia.
Desirable Skills
* SnapLogic certification or demonstrated SnapLogic project experience.
* Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Selenium, API testing, and automation experience.
* Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Superannuation domain experience.
* Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
