Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
* Leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
* Managing retail operations within a fashion store environment
* Providing excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations
* Guiding team members on brand product knowledge and customer service
* Coordinating team members to execute established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance
About You:
To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership or supervisory position. You will be motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
