Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Associate Director to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.
Role Overview
The Human Resources Associate Director will support the ANZ HR Operations Director to provide additional senior capability to the HR function within Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand. This role will lead the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff and frontline management.
Key Responsibilities For This Role Include
* **HR Solutions**
o Support the ANZ HR Operations Director to implement the regional People Plan and associated initiatives.
o Provide relevant and timely HR advice to management.
o Develop and document policies.
* **Stakeholder Relationships & Leadership**
o Develop and sustain relationships across the business.
o Manage the local HR team with oversight on offshore HR teams.
* **Employee Life Cycle**
o Lead best practices across the employee life cycle.
* **Communication & Resolution**
o Ensure effective communication at all levels.
Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, service-focused HR leader with:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
* 8-10 years of experience in a similar position.
* Possess experience in a consultancy, engineering, or legal firm environment.
