This role offers the opportunity to deliver projects within Defence or similar government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management and similar. This position is based in Canberra, with a fast-paced team that specialises in delivering large complex projects.
Key Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in Construction, Architectural, Engineering, or similar is desirable.
* Experience/exposure with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is advantageous;
* Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills;
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;
* Proactive and able to think strategically;
* Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance;
* Ability to provide evidence to confirm vaccination status for COVID-19 to meet our client's vaccination requirements in accordance with government regulations;
* 1+ years client-side PM or a PMCA experience in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential);
* AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
