Drive Sales Growth as a Key Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, setting sales goals, and assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will also oversee product and service distribution systems, commission market research projects, and develop internal policies and operational procedures related to marketing and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and customer retention
* Supervise and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and set up product and service distribution systems
* Commission market research projects to inform business decisions
* Develop internal policies and operational procedures related to marketing and sales activities
* Perform ongoing analysis of performance data to track campaign success based on key performance indicators
* Manage sales teams, foster client relationships, and oversee negotiation and closing of sales agreements
* Evaluate potential and existing retail sites to determine their suitability for marketing activities
* Set pricing structures and establish rules for discounts and special offers
* Design and implement strategies and plans for marketing, sales, advertising collaborating with other managers
* Oversee planning and execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns
* Manage and supervise sales operations, defining product offerings, regional territories, and customer service benchmarks
* Coordinate distribution policies and merchandising strategies, managing the efforts of sales staff, agents, and resellers
Requirements:
* An Australian Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing or Business
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
* Ability to effectively communicate in English
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including $75,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation benefits.
