Job Overview:
A business risk analyst supports the management of risks and controls at a location. The successful candidate will review operational and supervisory controls, advise stakeholders, and collect key risk statistics for reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support location business risk management with the performance of risk and control related tasks
* Review and recommend improvements to operational and supervisory controls
* Provide support and advice to stakeholders
* Collect and collate location key risk statistics for reporting
* Coordinate agreement amongst stakeholders on new or changing control procedures
* Support and coordinate audit requests and track closure of existing audit items
* Conduct special ad hoc reviews and participate in projects under supervision

Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
* Strong organisational and management skills
* Independent judgment with strong analytical assessment skills

* Experience in an audit, regulatory, banking, or risk environment would be advantageous
* Bachelor degree or similar required, preferably in a business or commerce related area
