Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based support to NDIS participants, focusing on person-centred and outcome-focused strategies.
Daily responsibilities include assisting participants and their support networks through assessment and planning, developing and implementing support plans within complex environments, and creating meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern, excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for the disability sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient or Advanced suitability as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
* Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
