We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our food services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cookery, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as managing the kitchen staff. They will also be required to develop and implement new menu ideas, maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

About You
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
