Position Overview:
As an E-Scooter and Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bicycles and eScooters to ensure they are in top working condition. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service that exceeds their expectations. Your technical expertise and passion for cycling will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of bicycles and eScooters, including adjustments, tune-ups, and overhauls.
* Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure safe and efficient performance.
* Communicate with customers to understand their concerns, explain repairs, and offer recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest bike technology and repair techniques.
* Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Base Salary: $67,500/$75,000 + Super
