As we continue to grow, we are looking for another After Sales & Service Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity.
About the Role
This role is a key part of our customer experience journey. Working within our After Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for supporting customers after installation through warranty enquiries, service coordination, rectifications and ongoing customer care.
This is a customer-focused administration role where communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are highly valued. You will work closely with customers, installers, suppliers and internal departments to help ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support.

Previous experience in after sales service, warranty coordination, administration or the home improvement industry will be highly regarded, however training will be provided for the right applicant.
