About the Customer Service Officer role: As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of sales orders, communicating to customers and internal stakeholders, and following up customer service queries across various specialty pet and agricultural retail stores and groups. What are we looking for in a Customer Service/Fulfilment Officer? What’s important/essential? 2 years experience in a similar role within an FMCG/Supply Chain and/or logistics environment Experience using SAP Intermediate Excel skills Fulfillment/order management experience (preferably within a 3PL environment) Ability to multi-task, whilst ensuring attention to details Characteristics and/or personality traits should include, caring, pride, continuous improvement mindset, adaptable, dedication, articulate, and passionate.
