Job Description
Position: 12 Month Contract role
* Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) team.
* Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
* Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
* Facilitate communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
* Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays to management.
* Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO function.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a PMO, project finance, project accounting, or commercial support role.
* Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actuals.
* Experience tracking Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor spend, and invoices against contracts.
* Hands‐on experience using Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise financial / ERP systems.
* Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Ability to produce clear, concise financial and portfolio reports for varied audiences.
* Experience working in a Technology or Transformation delivery environment.
* Exposure to portfolio management or PPM tools and governance frameworks.
* Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
