WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Operate and monitor conveyor systems to ensure efficient and safe bagging of fertilizer
* Accurately fill and seal fertilizer bags according to production requirements
* Lift, carry, and stack filled bags onto pallets in line with workplace procedures
* Prepare and secure pallets for forklift collection and dispatch
* Keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently
* Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
* Complete basic computer tasks and maintain production records
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support continuous workflow
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
* Physically fit — repetitive lifting and standing required
* Reliable & safety-focused
* Strong communication, team leadership potential, and an eagerness to learn
