**Position Title**: Mental Health Lead Clinician

**Your New Role**
As a Lead Clinician, you will play a critical part in our multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health team. You will provide community-based assessment, treatment and support to adults (25-65 years) who are experiencing complex mental health disorders. Our practice is family sensitive, so you'll also ensure that families and carers are included and well-supported.
Based in our Maryborough office, you'll work closely with our friendly and welcoming team, to ensure that all of our patients receive high-quality care when they need it.
If you're looking for flexibility, we've got you covered. This position is available full-time (80 hours per fortnight, with a monthly ADO) or part-time. Our service operates Monday to Friday, 08:30am-5:00pm. We can offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
**About You**
You might be a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, ideally with experience and post-graduate qualifications in Mental Health.
You'll be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, underpinned by sound clinical knowledge and experience. While you're managing your own case-load, you'll also be willing to pitch in and contribute positively as part of a close-knit regional team. Great organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure you can stay on top of your busy and varied workload.
A driver's licence is essential, as you will be required to travel regularly throughout our region.
