About MCT Equipment & the Role
MCT Equipment is seeking a driven and focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll support the sales and hire opportunities across the Magni, JMG, and Hoeflon product ranges within an assigned territory.
This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and wants to build a career in sales. You'll get hands on experience supporting senior sales managers while learning the full sales cycle — from generating leads and connecting with customers to preparing quotes and visiting sites.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the senior sales team with day-to-day sales activities
* Helping identify new business opportunities and potential revenue streams
* Reaching out to existing and new customers to qualify leads and set appointments
* Learning to become a trusted solutions partner for customers
* Helping drive sales and contributing to monthly and annual targets
* Preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales documents
* Responding to customer enquiries with accurate information and solutions
* Keeping customer records up to date in the CRM
* Getting out in the field for site visits to build relationships
* Building your product knowledge and understanding our range
* Developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
About You
* You may have done a year or two in sales or a customer-facing role and are now looking to learn and grow within a supportive team
* A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience is required for this position
* Excited to develop your career in sales and take on new challenges
* Confident chatting with customers on the phone and via email
* Organised, reliable, and ready to juggle multiple tasks
* Positive, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team
* A current manual driver's licence
* Australian work rights are required for this position
