About the role
This role reports directly to the General Manager Human Resources, however you will support the entire HR team across a range of functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the success of our team and the engagement of our employees. It is a busy office where no two days are ever the same
Assist with maintain and managing the Learning Management System for the Group.
Assist with the coordination of mandatory drug & alcohol testing, record results, and support testing procedures.
Assist with end to end recruitment.
Assist with sending new employee agreements and managing employee documentation and system on-boarding.
Assist with the Employee Benefits Program.
Respond to employee queries and requests.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects as required.
About you
This role would ideally suit a recent HR graduate looking for your first generalist position, or an experienced administrator seeking to step into the dynamic world of Human Resources. This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis for the right candidate.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time-management capabilities, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You demonstrate initiative, professional judgement, and the highest level of confidentiality.
